200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
You Don't Have to Be Ready. You Just Have to Be Serious.
Most people who apply to our teacher training don't feel like yoga teachers yet. That's not a problem — that's the point.
This 200-hour training is for the person who knows yoga has changed something in them and wants to understand why. Who wants to stand in front of a room and actually help people — not perform wellness, not recite cues, but meet people where they are and know what to do when they get there.
That's a different kind of teacher. And this is a different kind of training.
Built on over a Decade of Proof
Our program is offered in partnership with True North Yoga Teacher Training — a Yoga Alliance registered school with over 10 years of experience and 300+ graduates across the United States and Australia.
That accreditation matters. It means your certification is recognized. It means the curriculum is trauma-informed, grounded in anatomy, and built on modern science — not just tradition.
And it means when you graduate, you're not just confident. You're qualified.
What You'll Actually Learn
Over 10 weekends across 4 months, you'll go deeper than poses:
Yoga philosophy and how to make it practical
Anatomy and alignment through an accessibility-first lens
Trauma-informed teaching — how to hold a room safely
Sequencing with intention, not just instinct
How to find and use your authentic teaching voice
Business and professional development so you can actually build something
Plus unlimited yoga classes for the full training year (September 2026–September 2027) and personalized mentorship throughout.
What Makes This Different
Nicole and Teresa don't just own 2C Yoga; they teach here, and they trained every instructor on the schedule. When you train with us, you're learning directly from the people who built this studio and the philosophy behind it.
Most YTT programs teach you how to lead a class. This one teaches you how to read a room.
We've run four cohorts and we keep every one of them at 12 students or fewer intentionally. Real feedback. Real mentorship. A room where it's safe to be uncertain, ask hard questions, and grow out loud. This isn't a certification mill. Everyone knows your name.
You'll Also Learn From Beyond Our Walls
Our training runs under the umbrella of True North Yoga Teacher Training, led by Naomi Jones — an ERYT 500 teacher with over 2,000 hours of training across Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, and the founder of five Yoga Alliance recognized teacher training schools. Naomi teaches a portion of this training directly and mentors every student through it.
That matters because yoga is bigger than any one studio.
When you graduate, you'll walk into hot yoga studios, flow classes, corporate wellness rooms, and community centers. The teachers in those rooms may not teach the way we teach. But you will be the one they look to when a student has an injury, when someone needs a modification, when the room needs to feel safer. That's what the 2C layer of this training gives you — not just a certification, but a lens that makes you the most thoughtful teacher in any room you walk into.

"I came in thinking I was learning yoga. What I didn't expect was the emotional healing. When I learned this was a trauma-informed, safe environment — I realized I wasn't done healing. I needed something else. This was it." — Susan C., Cohort 3
This Is For You If:
You've been practicing long enough to know yoga works. You want to understand it well enough to share it. You're not looking for a shortcut — you're looking for a foundation.
You don't need to be an expert. You need to be ready to do the work.
One Thing Worth Knowing
We cap every cohort at 12 students. Not as a marketing tactic — because it's the only way to do this right. Three of the last four cohorts filled before the deposit deadline.
If September 2026 is on your radar, the Information Session is the right first move. It's free, it's low pressure, and it's where you'll know whether this is your next step.
