A 3-week series to support your pregnant body with movement, breath, and rest.

Pregnancy asks a lot from your body.

This series gives it space to answer.

Led by Nicole, co-owner of 2C Yoga with 9 years of trauma-informed teaching, this space exists so pregnancy feels steadier inside your body.

Each week offers intentional movement, breath support, and positions that serve you on and off the mat.

Weekly Focus:

Week 1: Grounding & Hip Stability. Finding your center and building a steady foundation for the changing body.

Week 2: Breath Support & Pelvic Power. Learning to use your breath as an anchor and understanding functional pelvic health.

Week 3: Restorative Resilience. Deep, nervous-system-quieting rest to prepare your spirit for the transition ahead.

The Details:

Investment: $60 (Enrollment covers all three sessions)

Insurance Members: This series counts as 3 of your 4 monthly visits.
