Give yourself a quiet space to unwind . This gentle session blends crystal bowl sound therapy with supportive acupuncture to help your body settle and your mind soften.
The experience includes:
• A crystal bowl sound bath guided by Verronika Hinz
• A few intentional acu-points offered by Stacey Kelsey / Boise Acupuncture Co-op
• A calm setting designed to ease stress and support deep relaxation
The sound helps soothe your nervous system while the acupuncture encourages balance and release. You leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more at ease.

As the earth softens and light returns, we gather to honor the season of renewal.
Join us for a 90-minute immersive experience designed to help you gently release winter’s heaviness and step into spring with clarity and intention.
This special event weaves together:

🧘🏽 Yin Yoga Training & ImmersionFriday May 1 - May 3 | 6:30-8:30pm Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm Saturday & Sunday| $333
Slow down and enjoy a weekend of self inquiry, relaxation and learning to teach Yin yoga. Yin yoga is a restorative practice that has healing benefits for everyone. During this training and immersion, students will enjoy learning about the physiology and application of Yin yoga.
Topics to be covered:
History of Yin yoga
Breakdown of 10-15 most common Yin Yoga postures
Pranayama or breathwork for Yin yoga classes
The Energy Body including chakras, koshas, breathwork, vayus, mudras
The mind/body relationship and how stillness holds the key to open the subconscious and unconscious mind
Sequencing yin yoga classes
How to give hands off modifications
Methods to add to the overall feel of your class including mantra, sensory experiences, and more
In-depths use of yoga props
Practice teaching a Yin Yoga class with feedback and assistance by faculty

🧘🏽 We’re Teaching at Bend Yoga Festival
Teresa and I are honored to be presenters at the Bend Yoga Festival in Bend, Oregon this summer. The festival is a four-day, community-centered gathering that weaves together yoga, outdoor adventure, meditation, music, and education in beautiful downtown Bend, all with a focus on connection, joy, and wellbeing—not perfection.
If you’ve been craving a mix of practice, nature, and nervous-system-friendly community, this might be your sign.
I’ll be teaching Morning Rituals for Resilience on Saturday, June 13, 7:00–8:15am PDT, and Teresa will be teaching The Power of Pause: Rest Practices for Real Life on Sunday, June 14, 7:00–8:15am PDT.
