Rooted in Community, Guided by Heart

We’ve always believed that supporting people’s health and wellbeing doesn’t stop at the studio door. Wellness isn’t just what happens on the mat, it’s how we care for each other in the everyday spaces of our lives.

That’s why we’re stepping into a few new roles this year.

I’m now part of the Community Advisory Board for Boise State Public Radio, helping connect more people to the stories and resources that shape our region.

Teresa is joining the Nampa Business Improvement District board. We’re members of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and we’re exploring whether one of us has the bandwidth to serve as an ambassador for the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce.

Why? Because Canyon County is our community and we want to keep showing up for it in all the ways that matter.

Here’s what’s inside this week:

🧘‍♀️ City Sangha: A Collective Meditation Across the Valley Saturday, February 14 | 2:00pm | Nampa & Caldwell Studios | Free

✈️ Greece Retreat: Flight Information and Travel Pack

If booking flights has felt intimidating, we’ve got good news.

Our retreat coordinator has created a complete Travel Pack that breaks down the journey from Boise to Skiathos step by step — including a simpler two-flight approach that’s far more manageable than the long itineraries you’ll see online.

This is especially helpful for first-time international travelers. Our goal is for everyone to feel confident getting there.

🧘 Yoga Teacher Training Update

We’ve just wrapped our first month of Yoga Teacher Training — and students began teaching on day one.

Right now, we’re laying the foundation for trauma-informed, accessible teaching. They’re not just learning to lead poses — they’re learning how to read a room, adapt in real time, and lead with presence and care.

This group is already showing up in ways that inspire us deeply.

As February unfolds, we’re reminded that real rhythm builds slowly. We’re grateful to be building it with you.

Yoga Your Way is especially loved by students who want to feel steady and capable in class, not pushed or exposed. This self-paced intro course walks you through 20+ supported poses and shows you how to make any class work for your body. → [Explore Yoga Your Way]
